Today I took the C&O canal towpath for around 90 miles, it helped me get around two mountains and was pretty flat though unpaved, with the acceptable cost of having to ride 20 extra miles. I finished the day in Mt Airy, MD, my favorite city east of the eastern continental divide! I’ll recuperate here tomorrow with my family who live here and will head out for Newark, DE on Saturday morning,
